Mr. Miller is a registered professional engineer with more than 35 years of experience in traffic engineering, transportation, and transit projects. He has directed numerous multi-modal, multi-disciplinary transportation corridor and area studies emphasizing community involvement and consensus building throughout. He has led traffic impact studies and the design of several roadway improvement projects. In his more recent experience, he has led the programming and preparation of performance specifications for Design-Build contracts for a new and extended automated transit system and was key team member for the 23-mile extension of a rapid transit system.
