Isaiah is a PhD student at Purdue University under the supervision of Dr. Samuel Labi. He a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSCE) from Purdue University in 2021 and a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from New York University Abu Dhabi in 2018. He is also a 2020/21 Dwight David Eisenhower Transportation Fellow. His research interests include the development of next generation transportation infrastructure systems, particularly in the areas of AI and digital technology applications, infrastructure management, and highway finance. Isaiah is actively involved in various student organizations including the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, and Chi Epsilon National Civil Engineering Honor Society.
