Bio
Dr. Wan Li is a R&D Staff Member at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). She received her PhD in Transportation Engineering at the University of Washington in 2019. and MS in Transportation Engineering from the Louisiana State University in 2014. Her research interests mainly focuses on traffic system modeling and simulation, urban transportation network operation and control, data-driven spatio-temporal forecasting, and transportation big data analytics. In particular, she is interested in integrating data driven methods, optimization algorithms, and big data analytics tools into intelligent transportation systems to explore how they could support the research and benefit the development of smart cities.
