Sanjay Gupta is a Professor of Transport Planning and Head, Urban Planning Department at SPA Delhi. He has nearly 34 years of academic, research and professional experience. His areas of interests include transport planning, land use transport planning including TOD, public transport planning, freight planning and logistics, demand modelling, mobility and sustainability issues, climate change and policy aspects. He was awarded Commonwealth Academic Fellowship at Institute for Transport Studies, University of Leeds (U.K) during Sep. 2012 to Nov. 2012. He is also a Visiting Professor at the University of Leeds.
