Mr. Hitchcock, PE, PMP, DBIA has over 35-years of experience in transportation and is a graduate of the University of Florida with BS in Civil Engineering. His career has focused on transportation in its many forms, including highways, toll facilities, airports, tunnels, transit (rail and bus), and freight rail projects through the United States and overseas. His work encompasses the entire project delivery lifecycle from feasibility through design and construction and includes a variety of project delivery methods. Mark currently serves as a Senior Project Director for Jacobs Engineering based in Atlanta.
