Christian previously completed his undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Austin where he studied civil engineering and economics. In Atlanta, he currently studies the equity implications accompanying autonomous vehicles and transitions into higher levels of automation. He pairs his work within the department of Civil and Environmental Engineering with public policy and city planning principles to draw conclusions and analyze trends along various demographics, characteristics, and identities. After graduate school, Christian hopes to inform equitable decision-making practices and considerations for equity along low-income, minority, and historically disadvantaged communities.
