A graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, Justin has worked for the Georgia Department of Transportation for 12 years. He has worked in both rural and metro-area field District Offices, as well as the State Traffic Operations Office. In his current role, he serves as an Assistant State Traffic Engineer overseeing delivery of State’s vision to provide consistent, safe, reliable, and secure travel through improved traffic signal operations. He also assists in advancing the State’s V2X program goals.
