Behnam Jamali is a computer vision & AI specialist at Transoft Solutions (ITS) with 6+ years of experience working on video analysis projects with focus on transportation and road safety. His expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, agile software development, feasibility analysis, and product scoping. In his role, he is responsible for innovating and prototyping novel solutions for complex real-world challenges in transportation safety, leveraging the power of computer vision and artificial intelligence technologies. Behnam earned his M.Eng. degree in electrical and computer engineering from McGill University and served as a graduate researcher at the Centre for Intelligent Machines (CIM), where he was affiliated with the Intelligent Multi-modal Video Analysis research group.
