Dr. Majbah Uddin is a R&D associate staff member in the Transportation Analytics and Decision Sciences group at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
His areas of expertise include travel behavior analysis, freight transportation data and planning, transportation data analytics, estimation of fuel consumption in the transportation sector, applications of machine learning methods in transportation and logistics, CO2 transportation for carbon capture, utilization and storage, and operations research. His research works have been funded by the Department of Energy, Federal Highway Administration and Bureau of Transportation Statistics of the US Department of Transportation, New York State Department of Transportation, and ORNL Laboratory Directed Research & Development.
