Dr. Hoehne is a Mobility Systems Research Scientist at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in the Center for Integrated Mobility Sciences. He focuses on computational modeling of integrated transportation and energy systems to advance transportation decarbonization, equitable mobility, and assess impacts of emerging mobility technologies in the sector. His interests in topics ranging from accessibility, parking, land use, micromobility, and urban heat. He received his PhD in Civil, Environmental, and Sustainable Engineering with a focus in transportation systems from Arizona State University in 2019.
