Cipriano De Luna Gutierrez is an Undergraduate Research Assistant. He is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering with an emphasis in traffic studies with the Department of Civil & Architectural Engineering & Mechanics at the University of Arizona.
