Bill is a Professional Engineer, Vice President and Senior Project Manager for Gannett Fleming with more than 14 years of experience with the firm and over 22 years in the industry. Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wyoming. His experience included working for both design and construction firms in transportation and transit projects, including two stages of the PHX Sky Train®
He has been involved in a wide range of projects including heavy highway construction, bridge structures, airport structures, automotive test tracks, residential development, commercial development and large solar fields.
Currently Bill serves as the Project Manger for the new Crossfield Taxiway U and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
Bill has been working on a wide variety of projects at PSHIA for more than 20 years, including small on-call tasks to major capital improvements. These projects include PHX Sky Train®, Annual Bridge Inspection Program,
