Dr. Stanley Young serves as the Mobility Innovations and Equity team leader at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the Chief Data Officer for the Eastern Transportation Coalition. He has over 30 years of experience in transportation spanning traffic operations, planning, ITS, pavement management, IT management, and automated mobility. Dr. Young served in the United States Peace Corps, and has held positions with the Kansas DOT, Univ. of Maryland, and the John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory prior to his appointment at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
