Raga Ahmed is a UC Foundation Associate Professor the Electrical Engineering Department at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). She is a graduate of Rice University (MEE, 1993) and Georgia Institute of Technology (PhD, 2013). Her current research is mainly connected to a Research Experiences for Teachers project (sponsored by the National Science Foundation) engaging area K-12 teachers with a variety of research projects and with graduate and undergraduate students including the UTC Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineer's (NSBE) for whom she is the faculty advisor.
