Sven Scholz holds a M.Sc and a Ph.D. degree in Transportation Engineering and has been working in the Transport Industry for 20 years. His competencies include Signaling and Train Control Systems, Operations and Safety of Guided Transport Systems. He is currently with TelSys – a consultant company in Germany which provides planning and specification services for Automated Transit Systems and railways in general. Complementary, he is a faculty member of the University of Technology Dresden and does research on model-based system specifications and requirements engineering, RAMS and video-based safety systems.
