Himadri Sen Gupta is a Ph.D. student in the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. He is also working as a Research Assistant at OU Community Resilience Research Lab, which is a NIST-funded lab of the University of Oklahoma. His research focus is to formulate various optimization frameworks to enhance the community's resilience against various natural disasters. Himadri completed his master's in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The University of Oklahoma in 2022 after completing his bachelor's degree from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh in 2018. He also completed his graduate certification in Data Science and Analytics from the Institute of Data Science and Analytics at the University of Oklahoma. Himadri also worked as an instructor of Industrial and Production Engineering at the Military Institute of Science and Technology for two years. Apart from his academic life, he is active in a couple of student organizations like the IISE OU Student Chapter, INFORMS OU Student Chapter, and also APICS OU Student Chapter.
