Mr. Imran is currently pursuing his PhD at the School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Science within the University of Oklahoma. His academic journey began at the Military Institute of Science and Technology, Bangladesh, where he obtained both his bachelor's and master's degrees. In addition to his studies, he is working as a faculty member at the same university. His research primarily revolves around enhancing the understanding of transportation infrastructure functionality and operation in the face of natural disasters. Specifically, his focus lies in exploring the interdependent relationship between physical and social systems, aiming to develop resilient models. These models are supplemented by a robust decision support framework, aiding the implementation of effective design interventions.
