Dr. Charles Williams is a registered professional civil engineer in the states of Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana. Dr. Williams is a retired Public Works Director/City Engineer with over twenty plus years of managing infrastructure projects for State DOT's, municipal government, and private consulting. Dr. Williams is currently employed with the U. S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Dr. Williams is a Research Civil Engineer within the Airfield and Pavement Branch. Dr. Williams has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mississippi. Dr. Williams also has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University. Dr. Williams is a graduate of Belhaven University with a Masters of Business Administration, and Doctorate at the University of Alabama in Civil Engineering. Dr. Williams is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and American Public Works Association. Dr. Williams has authored two published manuscripts, and taught classes on various infrastructure topics. Dr. Williams is also a member of the University of Alabama's Chi Epsilon Engineering Honor Society. Dr. Williams Is currently employed with the U. S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center with the Corps of Engineers in Vicksburg, Mississippi.
