Nishu Choudhary recently graduated with a Ph.D. from Georgia Tech in the Transportation Engineering Department. Her dissertation focused on leveraging Machine Learning (ML) techniques for traffic congestion prediction, with the aim of advancing proactive traffic management strategies. She holds a master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from Georgia Tech and a bachelor's degree with honors in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. Her research interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, safety, optimization, and analytics in traffic operations.
