Clint Richardson, PhD, PE, BCEE; Professor and Dept. Chair Civil & Environmental Engineering at New Mexico Tech. Completed PhD in Civil Engineering in 1987 at the University of Kansas; Professional Engineer Licensure in the State of New Mexico and American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists Board Certified Environmental Engineer; with the other authors at NMT and NMSU, helped plan the inspections and quality control for the NM DOT CAMP inspections.
