Elzbieta Bialkowska-Jelinska is a research assistant at the Center for Urban Transportation Research and a doctoral candidate in the School of Geosciences at the University of South Florida. She holds a master's degree in physical geography from the University of Lodz, Poland, and a master's degree in geographic information systems (GIS) from the University of Memphis, TN. Her interests are in applying GIS methods and spatial analysis in environmental, transport, and economic issues. She has more than ten years of experience working with GIS and is a certified Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional.
