Eren Erman Ozguven (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in civil and environmental engineering from Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ, USA, in 2012, with a focus on emergency supply transportation operations. He is an Associate Professor with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Director of Resilient Infrastructure and Disaster Response (RIDER) Center, Florida A&M University-Florida State University, Tallahassee, FL, USA. His research interests include smart cities, urban mobility, transportation accessibility, traffic safety and reliability, disaster resilience, and intelligent transportation systems.
