Dr. Eazaz Sadeghvaziri is an Assistant Professor at Mercer University. He has over ten years of experience in Transportation Engineering and has conducted various research projects. He earned my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Master of Science in Transportation Planning, and Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering. He serves as a member of the Transportation Research Board’s (TRB’s) Standing Committee on Workforce Development and Organizational Excellence (AJE15). He also serves as a member of the TRB’s Standing Committee on Rural, Intercity Bus, and Specialized Transportation (AP055). He is a paper reviewer for different TRB committees and has reviewed, presented, and published numerous research papers. He served on the Student Chapter of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) at Florida International University for two years as Secretary, as well as Membership Chapter. His research interests are Sustainable Transportation, Equity in Transportation, and Traffic Safety. He has also worked as a transportation engineer in private companies. With academic and industry backgrounds, he continues my practical research and work with students and practicing engineers.
